Being a parent is hard - Sleepless nights, being on call 24/7, and no breaks. We want you to know that you are seen, cared for, and not alone.

This weekly playgroup is designed to provide support to parents during these early years. This is your chance to recharge with a hot cup of coffee while having meaningful conversations with fellow parents who are navigating the same journey. Meanwhile, your little ones can enjoy free play and make new friends!

From September to May, our group gets together at Ellerslie's nursery (and sometimes the gym). When the sun's out from June to August, we love meeting up at different parks around the city. We hope you'll join us!
