operation Christmas Child
changing lives one shoebox at a time
Operation Christmas Child is a hands-on way to bless disadvantaged children in the developing world by filling shoeboxes with toys, hygiene items and school supplies. The project delivers not only the joy of what, for many kids, is their first gift ever, but also gives them a tangible expression of God’s love.
Since 1993, more than 209 million children in more than 170 countries and territories have received an Operation Christmas Child shoebox. Over 17 million children have made the life-changing decision to follow Jesus!

Ellerslie Church is a Regional Collection Facility in the Edmonton area and will be receiving large amounts of shoeboxes on November 22nd and 24th. Volunteers are needed to accept, package, and load shoeboxes on these two days.
During our Sunday morning services we also need volunteers to hand out shoeboxes and answer people's questions.
If you'd like to get involved please contact Tim.
